Abstrak

This study aims to: (1) designing a web-based health service information system at the Bontonyeleng Health Center. (2) knowing the implementation of web-based health service information systems at the Bontonyeleng Health Center. (3) knowing the user's response to the web-based health service information system at the Bontonyeleng Health Center. This study uses the Waterfall method, which is a system development method with a linear sequential model which consists of several stages such as: (1) Requirements Analysis, (2) System and Software Design, (3) Implementation and Unit Testing, (4) Integration and Testing, (5) Operation and Maintenance. The results of this study are: (1) The health service information system at the Bontonyeleng Health Center is web-based, designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system design model consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. For interface design using Balsamiq Wireframes and built using the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter 3 Framework, XAMPP and MySQL as the database. (2) Implementation of a web-based health service information system at the Bontonyeleng Health Center has been carried out by testing the system with several users such as Admin, Registration Section, Doctors and Patients. (3) User response to the web-based health service information system at the Bontonyeleng Health Center was measured using the System Usability Scale questionnaire with an average score of 74.13 being on the B grade scale or included in the good category, meaning that users can easily use the service information system. health at the web-based Bontonyeleng Health Center.
